The Information WorkplaceAware Collects
When you use the WorkplaceAware Mobile Application, we collect Personal Information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone-number, and geo-location (to the extent you consent to providing it through your account settings). In addition, we will collect information you generate through your use of the WorkplaceAware Mobile Application, including text reports and photos you submit. WorkplaceAware also collects information that is automatically generated through your use of its Mobile Application, such as the type of device you are using, your device’s operating system, your IP Address, the browser you are using, the way you interact with our services, and the referring website URL.

How WorkplaceAware Uses Your Information
WorkplaceAware collects and uses your Personal Information to:
- establish and manage your account(s) with WorkplaceAware.
- make the WorkplaceAware Mobile Application easier to use by reducing the need for you to re-enter information.
- operate the WorkplaceAware program and deliver information you report or photos you submit to your company’s safety and facilities officials;
- analyze, measure, evaluate and enhance WorkplaceAware’s products and services; and
- maintain and improve the WorkplaceAware Mobile Application.
Disclosure of Your Information
WorkplaceAware does not sell, or rent your Personal Information to third-parties. We will, however, share Personal Information with your company’s officials when necessary for the purpose of facilitating safety-related emergency and non-emergency services. From time to time, we may also partner with third-parties, including your company, to analyze data related to the WorkplaceAware Mobile Application for purposes including, but not limited to, evaluating usage of our services or administering and improving the WorkplaceAware program.
We may disclose your Personal Information to third parties in connection with a potential or actual transaction or proceeding involving a transfer of some or all of, or any interest in, the businesses or assets of WorkplaceAware.
Security of Your Personal Information
WorkplaceAware takes security measures—physical, electronic, and procedural—to help defend against the unauthorized access and disclosure of your Personal Information. Despite these precautions, however, no system can be completely secure and there remains a risk that unauthorized access or use, hardware or software failure, human error, or a number of other factors may compromise the security of your Personal Information. While we strive to protect your Personal Information, WorkplaceAware cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or through the WorkplaceAware Mobile Application.
If WorkplaceAware knows or becomes aware of a security breach of its users’ personally identifiable information, WorkplaceAware will notify affected users or post a notice on the WorkplaceAware Mobile Application as required by applicable law(s).
Children Under the Age of Thirteen
WorkplaceAware does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of thirteen. In the event that we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under thirteen years of age, we will delete that information. If you believe WorkplaceAware may have obtained information from or about a child under thirteen years of age, please contact us at Help@WorkplaceAware.com.
